Refunds: A 50% refund (not including taxes and fees) only for All Access Pass tickets will be available until February 2, 2025 at 11:59pm PST, at which time, no additional refunds will be permitted for any reason. Tickets are transferable. Please email events@graymag.com for refunds, transfers, or any additional questions.

After Party only guest ticket add-ons may be purchased by an All Access Pass holder for additional guests, and grant access for the add-on ticket holder to attend only the Destination DesignCon 2025: Palm Springs after party. Tickets for other events (such as the opening party and conference session) are not available for separate purchase. To attend these events, guests must purchase an All Access Pass.

Will travel and lodging be included in the All Access Pass?

No. Conference guests are responsible for their own travel and lodging, however, keep an eye on graymag.com/designcon for preferred partners and discounts!

Will my All Access Pass be refundable?

In part. 50% of All Access Pass purchases (not including pre-registration deposits and service fees) will be refundable until February 2, 2025.

Will I be able to purchase tickets just for the parties?

All events (including the opening night and after parties) will be included in the All Access Pass. All Access Pass holders will also have the option to purchase add-on tickets for the after party only at the rate of $99 USD.

Will my ticket(s) be transferrable?

Yes! Please contact events@graymag.com to transfer.
